Please send us a whats app and then call us. Please look at the exact steps.

Provide us with the following data via what's app:

​

1. Your street and apartment/room number

2. Your name and date of birth

3. The 4 digits on the back side of a friend/neighbor's key tag (Building D tenants only from other D tenants) 

4. Name of the friend /neighbor

 

This will allow us to give you access to your apartment with a different key. 

We will help you as soon as possible!

You may use the whats app and call function at the bottom right on the phone screen

In case you do not have whats app or there is no friend/neighbor around with another key tag, please call us three times:
