We’re opening bookings for February 2026 starters on November 1st at 12:00 noon (Amsterdam time).
Rental contracts will begin on January 27th, 2026.
Starting in 2026, tenants aged 21 and over will be eligible for housing benefits in their "own" apartments, such as studios and lofts. Until now, eligibility began at the age of 23. Please visit our FAQs.
We primarily use iDEAL for deposit and rental payments. If you don't have a Dutch bank account, please open a Revolut account (iDEAL included) for a smoother booking experience (EEA: European Economic Area). Please take a look at the FAQ Payments. Non-EEA may use Revolut as well by using the classic bank transfer option.
