You lost your key

Please let us know as soon as possible. If you lost a key tag, we must block the key directly, otherwise, a third person could find the key and enter the buildings as well as the respective apartment. If any damage or theft occurs due to a lost key by a third person and you have not notified us, you assume full responsibility.

Please understand that we have to charge you for a lost key, because we have to create a new key, which costs us time and money.

Prices:
A lost mailbox key will cost you 15€

A lost key tag will cost you 25€

A lost physical key (apartments in the city center) will cost you 50€
